VegasGeek is not a 24/7 operation and will not pretend to be. In practice, incoming requests are watched from 6:30am to 10pm, seven days a week. That is not a guaranteed response window, it is simply when someone is paying attention.
If your site goes down on a Sunday evening, send it in anyway. It will very likely be seen that night.
